Welcome to our online booking page! You may book here or contact the clinic directly by phone/email to book.

If you are a NEW patient to our clinic, or have not been seen for your current injury in over 3 months, you MUST BOOK AN INITIAL ASSESSMENT. This will ensure your therapist has the appropriate amount of time to thoroughly assess or re-assess you. If we notice that the wrong appointment type has been booked, we will contact you to change it to the correct type.

We happily accept VAC (Veterans Affairs Canada) patients; however, you must contact us directly to book. We do not accept WSIB or OHIP.

Lastly, please be aware of our cancellation policy, as follows: Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a hole in the therapist’s day that could have been filled by another patient. As such, we require 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Patients who provide less than 24 hours’ notice or miss their appointment will be charged a cancellation fee. (In the case that we are able to fill your spot, the fee will be waived.)
